Your card balance and your Purpl wallet balance are separate. Before using your card, you need to move funds from your wallet to your card.
On the Cards page, tap on Add funds to directly add funds from your wallet.
In case of insufficient funds in your wallet, you can top up your wallet through:
- Receiving an international money transfer
- Topping it up by card or at a cash in agent
- Receiving from other Purpl users via peer-to-peer
