No. Your card balance and your Purpl wallet balance are separate.
Your money is initially held in your Purpl wallet. Before using your card, you'll need to transfer funds from your wallet to your card. You can also move any unused funds back to your wallet at any time.
Keeping your wallet and card balances separate gives you more control over your spending and adds an extra layer of security by allowing you to keep only the amount you need on your card.
