- How to Buy a Voucher
- Open the Purpl app.
- Go to the Marketplace.
- Select the category you need.
- Choose the voucher you want to purchase.
- Confirm the payment using your Purpl wallet balance.
Your voucher code will appear instantly in the app, and you will also receive a confirmation notification.
- Where to Find Your Purchased Vouchers
All your vouchers are automatically saved under “Purchase History” in the app.
- Can I Share a Voucher?
Yes! You can redeem the voucher for yourself or share it with anyone you want.
- Are Vouchers Refundable?
No, vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. Please double-check the category and amount before confirming your purchase.
- Requesting New Brands or Products
If you can’t find the voucher, product, or brand you’re looking for, you can submit a request through the feedback section at the bottom of the vouchers list. We’ll do our best to make it available on the app!
- What If My Voucher Doesn’t Work?
If you experience any issue, contact our support team on WhatsApp or by email at purpl@purplme.com, and we’ll help resolve it with the provider.
