What is a reward wallet?

All rewards you earn on Purpl are sent to your Rewards Wallet, a dedicated wallet separate from your main balance.

Please note that these funds cannot be cashed out or transferred — they can only be used for purchases.

You can spend your reward balance by paying at select stores using Purpl Pay.

The full list of partner stores and their locations is available directly on the Purpl app under the “Discover Local Partners” or “Purpl Marketplace”
