I forgot my passcode

If you forgot your passcode, follow these steps to retrieve it:

1. Click on the “Forgot passcode” option on the login page.
2. Enter the phone number registered with your Purpl account.
3. You will receive an SMS with a link to reset your passcode.
4. Create a new passcode and confirm it.
