How do I change my personal information?

To change your passcode:

  1. Click on the Profile icon in the app
  2. Click on Security
  3. Request to change your passcode — you will receive a one-time password (OTP) by SMS or WhatsApp.
  4. Enter the OTP, then create your new passcode.
  5. Confirm your new passcode.

Other personal information changes:

  • To change your email:
    1. Click on the Profile icon.
    2. Click on Personal Information.
    3. Update your email address.
  • To change your profile picture:
    1. Click on the Profile icon.
    2. Click on Edit Picture.
  • Note on changing name or phone number:
    • You cannot change your name after registration.
    • You also cannot change your mobile number after registration under Purpl’s current policy.
