To change your email:
- Click on the Profile icon.
- Click on Personal Info
- Change your email address
You must confirm your email address by clicking on the confirmation link that we will send to your new email address.
To change your passcode:
- Click on the Profile icon.
- Click on Security.
- Change your passcode.
To keep your account secure, make sure not to share your passcode with anyone
To change your picture:
- Click on the Profile icon.
- Click on the Edit on the picture.
- Change your picture.
To Change your Name:
Unfortunately, you cannot change your name once it is used to register on the Purpl app. However, you can send us a request to change your personal information as long as it matches the information on your ID.
To Change your Number:
Unfortunately, you cannot change your mobile number once it is used to register on the Purpl app.
