What should I do if I lose my SIM card?

Please contact our customer support immediately on WhatsApp - +96181461428, or email us on purpl@purplme.com, to temporarily suspend your account. You will be asked to provide certain information for verification purposes and to protect you from fraud. 


You should also immediately refer to your operator to temporarily freeze your line, or to swap your sim card with a new one.
