This could happen for several reasons, such as:
- The ATM may be out of cash
- The amount entered at the ATM does not match the amount requested on the app
- The amount entered is not a multiple of 10 USD
- The security code entered is incorrect
- A cash-out request was not created on the app
- The wrong cash-out option was selected on the app
