Why did my cash out fail?

This could happen for several reasons, such as:

  • The ATM may be out of cash
  • The amount entered at the ATM does not match the amount requested on the app
  • The amount entered is not a multiple of 10 USD
  • The security code entered is incorrect
  • A cash-out request was not created on the app
  • The wrong cash-out option was selected on the app
