How can I cash out my money?

First, you need to make sure your profile is verified in order to cash out.

Step 1: On the app

1. Log in to your Purpl app
2. Make sure you have accepted the transaction you wish to cashout
3. Click on the “Cashout” button
4. Add the amount that you want to cash out
5. Select the cash out partner you wish to cash out from
6. Click on the “View Security Code” to view your Security Code (Security Code is valid for 60 minutes)
7. Go to the nearest cashpoint of your chosen partner.

Step 2: At the ATM of Banque Libano-Française

Cashing out at an ATM does not require a bank account or card.

1. At the ATM, press the “Purpl Transaction” button located on the bottom left on the ATM screen
2. Enter the Security Code shown on the Purpl app for this transaction. The security code generated on the app can be used at any Banque Libano-Française ATMs
3. Enter the transaction amount
4. Choose whether you want a receipt or not
