The P2P feature allows Purpl users to send and receive money instantly from one Purpl wallet to another. It’s designed to make transferring funds between friends, family, or anyone using Purpl fast, simple, and convenient.
- Free of Charge
Sending and receiving money through the P2P feature is completely free. There are no fees for either the sender or the recipient.
- How It Works
You can transfer money to any Purpl user by selecting them from your contact list. If the recipient is not saved in your contacts, you can manually enter their phone number to send them the money directly.
P2P transfers are instant, allowing the recipient to receive and use the funds right away. Yu can also review all previous P2P transactions in the “Activity” section.
- If a P2P Transaction Fails
If your transaction does not go through, try the following:
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Confirm that the recipient’s phone number is correct.
- Check that you have sufficient balance in your Purpl account.
- If the issue continues, contact **Purpl Support by email at purpl@purplme.com or on WhatsApp for assistance.
