How to Top-up my Purpl wallet at MTM

To Top-up your wallet via MTM cash-in, follow these steps:

First make sure your profile is verified on Purpl.

1. On the home page of the Purpl app, click on "Top up" button
2. Select the option "Top up with cash"
3. Enter the amount to be paid at the MTM location
4. Click on "Continue" button
5. You will be shown the Reference Number alongside the transaction details
6. Use the map to browse an MTM location near you. If location is enabled, we'll automatically provide you with the nearest MTM branch
7. At the MTM location, provide the agent with the reference number and the cash to be deposited.
   
   
   

   Please note that a 1% fee apply to each successful cash-in and is added on top of the amount you intend to deposit. The total amount to be paid with the fees will be calculated accordingly for you to see
