How to top-up my Purpl wallet at OMT?

To Top-up your wallet via OMT cash-in, follow these steps:

First make sure your profile is verified on Purpl, and take a government issued ID to provide the agent. 

1. On the home page, click on "Top up" button
   
2. Select the option "Top up with cash"
3. Enter the amount to be paid at the OMT location.
4. Click on "Continue" button
5. You will be shown the Reference Number alongside the transaction details
6. Use the map to browse an OMT location near you. If location is enabled, we'll automatically provide you with the nearest one
7. At the OMT location, provide the agent with the reference number and the amount alongside your government issued ID.

Please note that a 1.5% fee apply to each successful cash-in with our partner OMT and is deducted from the amount you pay at the counter. The total amount to be deposited and the fees will be calculated accordingly for you to see.

If you wish to cancel a top-up request, go to the transaction details of the request, and at the bottom, click on "cancel top up request".
